BLOOMINGTON, Ill. - Adding to his catalogue of postseason honors, senior Justin Gadomski (Schaumburg, Ill.-Schaumburg) garnered D3baseball.com Third-Team All-American status, as announced by
D3baseball.com on Wednesday, May 28. Gadomski, who was named a
D3baseball.com Second-Team All-Region Region 8 pick on Tuesday, May 27, is the first Titan to earn All-American honors from the organization since
Jeff Johnson in 2013.Â
Gadomski started all 39 games at shortstop for the Green and White. He led the country with 26 doubles, which set a new-single season program record. The Schaumburg, Ill. product concluded his senior season with six home runs, while boasting a .381 batting average. Gadomski led the team with 74 hits, 44 runs scored, and was third on the team with 40 runs batted in.Â
A First Team All-College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin selection in his junior and senior seasons, Gadomski most recently earned D3baseball.com and American Baseball Coaches Association Second Team All-Region accolades this season. Gadomski is the first All-American to be coached by Michael Keller, who guided the Titans to a CCIW Regular Season Championship in her first season at the helm.
