Women’s Hoops Remains No. 4 in D3hoops Rankings

Titans travel to North Central, Feb. 19

BLOOMINGTON, Ill. - A few days removed from claiming the College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin's top seed and hosting rights for the league tournament, the Illinois Wesleyan University women's basketball team remained No. 4 in the D3hoops.com Top-25 released Monday night, Feb. 17. The Titans garnered 546 points.

IWU closed out a top-four that was a copy of last week's poll, with NYU (625), Scranton (598), and Bowdoin (572) sitting ahead of the Titans.

Illinois Wesleyan posted a 2-0 record last week, Feb. 11-15, to boost its record to 22-1 overall and 13-1 in CCIW play. The Titans notched back-to-back blowout wins at home. IWU rolled past North Park, 99-42, before taking care of Millikin, 83-52, to claim at least a share of the regular season title.

The Titans finish out the regular season on the road beginning Wednesday, Feb. 19, at North Central College. Tipoff is set for 7 p.m.
