BLOOMINGTON, Ill. - The Illinois Wesleyan University women's bowling team is back in action this weekend Friday-Sunday, Feb. 11-13 at the Flyer Classic. The three-day tournament, hosted by Lewis University, will take place at Strike and Spare II in Lockport, Ill.
The Titans look to bounce back after competing in round one of the regular season College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin Tournament Saturday-Sunday, Feb. 5-6. IWU bowled against the eight other CCIW schools. Marian and Aurora tied for first place, while the Titans dropped all eight of their matches.
In addition to the Green and White, five other CCIW programs will be in attendance this weekend including North Central, Aurora, Carthage, Carroll, and Augustana.
