NORMAN, Okla. - The Illinois Wesleyan University men's golf team held steady at No. 2 in the latest Bushnell/Golfweek Division III Coaches Poll as announced by the Golf Coaches Association of America, Oct. 8. The Titans received one first-place vote and accumulated 279 points.
Methodist remained atop the poll with 296 points and nine first-place votes, while Emory jumped from No. 5 to No. 3. Carnegie Mellon remained at No. 4 and Huntingdon dropped to No. 5 despite one first-place nod.
Illinois Wesleyan travels to the Sunshine State for the Golfweek Invitational, Oct. 17-19, at Sandestin Golf Resort in Miramar Beach, Fla.
